South Overseas Apparel (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been established in 2004 in Hong Kong, but the group of companies has its roots deep in history – it has been working since 1963. At present, the group has more than 30 sweater knit factories with an annual output of 50 million pieces.
Annual production capacity in:
- Garment factory: 3 million pieces per factory
- Bleaching and dyeing factory: 10 million kg per factory.
Its products are exported to many countries and regions overseas, such as America, Canada, Europe, Japan, South East Asia etc.

Wool and yarn
SOA has comprehensive integrated resources with yarn development and strong in- house yarn development team. We receive the advanced yarn trend/information from both Italy and Japan too, besides domestic market yarn.
Aims and objectives
The company considers Russia as a central partner within "One Belt and One Road" framework. SOA hopes to win the trust of the Russian people with high quality products using the platform of ICF-2019, and make Chinese brands more popular among Russian consumers.
