The Wildberries security team has integrated a new component into the platform’s anti-fraud system to enhance protection for sellers against fraudulent activities.
During testing, artificial intelligence was able to instantly detect and block up to 87% of fraud attempts that previously required manual moderation.
The ML models, developed by Wildberries in collaboration with Beeline Big Data & AI, use more than 5,000 parameters—from aggregated data on user behavior across the marketplace to information from Beeline’s ecosystem. These machine learning algorithms operate in real-time, identifying suspicious activity, blocking it, and notifying the platform about the most complex cases that require additional verification.
