PIM Solutions has published a ranking of logistics services in Russian e-commerce. The leader in 2025 was once again Ozon, which demonstrates the highest level of customer experience—from placing an order to returns.

Top 5: Ozon, Petshop.ru, Yandex Market, Lamoda, Wildberries.
A high level (index above 80%) was shown by Avito, Rive Gauche, Sportmaster, and others.
The ranking assesses 24 metrics, grouped into five key areas, which form the basis for the integral PIM.Index.
Olga Satanovskaya, General Director of PIM Solutions, noted that logistics has become a key element of retailers' strategies, and that leaders are investing in systematic customer experience management, not just in prices.
