Rospotrebnadzor recommendations for holding trade fairs

Rospotrebnadzor has approved the "Recommendations for Preventive Measures to Prevent the Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in the Conduct of Congress and Exhibition Activities" (MR 3.1/2.1.0198-20).

Online registration and contactless onsite registration.

Now, advance online registration not only saves you time but also helps protect you from contact with others. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment.

All visitors, exhibitors, and organizers are allowed entry only if wearing a mask (respirator) and gloves. Protective equipment can be purchased at the entrance to the venue.

Social distancing.

Participant traffic routing will be organized, booths will be set up with aisles at least 3 meters wide, and workstations at stands will be arranged with a distance of at least 1.5 meters between them.

Staff monitoring.

Daily temperature checks will be carried out for all personnel involved in organizing and running the event. Anyone with an elevated temperature and/or other signs of infectious disease will be required to stay away from the workplace.

Schedule of disinfection and cleaning of premises.

Every 2 hours, all contact surfaces and common areas will be wet-cleaned with disinfectants.
